Venatol was founded in Austria in 1930, but moved its headquarters to Dubai in 1999. It has seven divisions which include Blue/Green Tech, Project Ventures, InnoTech, Defence Tech, Blue Chip Investments, Manufacturing and Engineering.
The TIDP-Total Integrated Defense Program exists of a conglomerate of companies in the field security and defense. This program will cover a wide range in IT- communication, border control, personal security and training in the government and private sectors. Strong and future orientated research and development programs are mandatory to solve the increase of more complex security questions. The new cooperation will give a big boost in new product developments, for innovative materials and new communication technologies.

The Global Defense Fund and the Alternative Global Energy Fund will invest in a range of technologies, companies and R&D activities offering the best security and eco solutions. The fund will be used to make full acquisitions, purchase stakes in companies, invest in specific projects and support individuals working in these fields. She added that some acquisitions will also include companies planning to issue IPOs.
The climate change and the global increase of environment damages need a strict laws and strong executing of regulation. Special the sensitive areas of the rainforest, as one of the main nature reserves, should be protected.
