$150 million project to build Final Phase of 295 Villas
Victory Heights Golf Residential and Development LLC, the joint venture between Arcapita, a Bahrain based investment bank, and Dubai Sports City, has announced that it has appointed the Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) and Eastern Contracting LLC (Eastern) Joint Venture Company to build the final phase of the luxury golfing residential community, which is to be based in Dubai Sports City.
L&T / Eastern Joint Venture Company has been awarded the contract by Victory Heights, which will cost in excess of US$150 million.
The project undertaken by the Joint Venture Company will involve the construction of the final phase of the villa development involving 295 grandeur villas. The luxury villas come in 11 unique styles incorporating Mediterranean, Spanish and European architecture. The villas that the L&T / Eastern Joint Venture Company will construct will be situated in the Carmen, Novelia, Calida and Morella Villages of the Victory Heights community.
Covering some 25 million square feet, Victory Heights is an exclusive villa community offering 935 beautifully designed villas and town homes set in and around The Dunes golf course. The 18-hole championship golf course has been designed by renowned golfer Ernie Els and will be complimented by the Butch Harmon Golf Academy. Additionally, tennis legend, David Lloyd will have his academy based within the community.
Located in Dubai Sports City, the world’s first integrated sports city, this sought-after development will present a comprehensive variety of amenities including schools, retail and community facilities and a world-class range of sports and leisure facilities.
