Victory Heights: Dirhams 165 million infrastructure works completed
Dubai’s premier golfing estate fast reaching completion
Victory Heights Golf Residential and Development LLC, the joint venture between Arcapita, a Bahrain based investment bank, and Dubai Sports City, today announced the completion of all infrastructural work by partner Wade Adams Contracting LLC.
This is another exciting milestone following the completion of the ‘Els Club Dubai’ golf course several weeks ago at a cost of 33 million Dirhams.
The completed infrastructure at Victory Heights includes roads, sewerage, drainage, fresh water, electricity, irrigation and telecommunication facilities, all contracted to Wade Adams Contracting LLC.
Yasser Abdulla Al Raee, General Manager, Victory Heights said: “In May 2006 we appointed Wade Adams as the key contractor for the infrastructural work at Victory Heights. Wade Adams boasts an impressive and successful track record, having worked on a number of prestigious developments in the Middle East, but they also work to the highest standards of efficiency, quality and safety”.

Victory Heights has recently launched its show villas and on-site sales centre at Dubai Sports City. To ensure the highest quality, Victory Heights has teamed up with partners including Bureau Veritas, the certification agency responsible for all quality accreditation monitoring at every stage of construction. Additionally, Opus Technologies are providing smart home options and, luxury German kitchen brand, Poggenpohl are the sole designer of the villas’ custom-made kitchens.
Victory Heights is made up of 935 homes – from grand villas to distinctive townhouses. Villas designed is inspired around authentic Spanish Andalusian, bold Mediterranean and classic European styles set on 25 million square feet of land, with views over manicured fairways.
The development will incorporate local and international schools, mosques, retail and community facilities, bike paths and walkways, in addition to a world-class range of sporting, entertainment and leisure facilities within the city.
