ALBAWABA - A security source in Baghdad reported on Sunday that a massive fire broke out at the Heart of the World Hotel in the Iraqi capital.
The source told Sumaria News, "A massive fire broke out on one of the floors of the World Heart Hotel in the Al-Jadriya area of Baghdad."
The source maintained that Iraq's Civil Defense teams were dispatched to the location of the fire to extinguish it and control it before it spread to other floors.
According to some local media, civil defense teams were able to put out the fire at the World Heart Hotel in central Baghdad.
In a separate report, footage was posted online showing a train in Iraq's Baghdad collided with a truck on the street in a big accident.
According to initial reports, the train was just opened and began work hours before the crash.
Some people on social media claimed that the roads have no signs or traffic lights to warn that the train is passing, so that's why the accident happened. However, no official source has yet commented on the claims.
