ALBAWABA - According to sources, Syrian President Bashar Assad and the Russian President have met in Moscow.
Syrian news agency, SANA, reported that the two leaders "discussed with him all aspects of relations between the two countries, as well as the situation in the Middle East, the accelerated developments in it and aspects of joint coordination to deal with it,".
Putin said that the Middle East is getting increasingly volatile, and that the conversations with President Assad provide an opportunity to examine all conceivable events and situations.
He also stated that Syria and Russia have excellent economic and commercial relations.
