As part of the Mind’s Pleasure seminars, Watani, the UAE social development program, introduces this Thursday Dr. Basheer Al Rashidi, expert speaker and educational consultant to present a creative approach to enjoy the management of issues faced by humans. On Friday, Dr. Mona Albahar addresses the issues and tools of communication amongst family members. The seminars are scheduled to take place at 5:30pm at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Dr. Basheer Al Rashidi, PhD in Educational Psychology and Issues Management and Leadership in Business will offer professional advice to the audience about understanding and managing difficulties while maintaining a positive outlook on life.

Friday’s seminar will host UAEU Assistant Professor, Dr. Mona Albahar, who holds a Masters in Sociology of the Family as well as diplomas in Leadership and Survey Research. Dr. Albahar will present the necessary tools and tactics that parents should refer to in dealing with their children to ensure the sustainability of their national identity in the globalization age. 

Last Thursday, Watani-DSS Mind’s Pleasure Seminars hosted Dr. Fouad Assad Attiya, Master’s Degree in Psycho Linguistics and Body Language who discussed VQL (Very Quick Learning Techniques) and functions of the human brain that influence the rational and creative aspects of the learning process.

Watani also introduced Dr. Ibrahim Al Khalifi, PhD in Educational Psychology, who addressed inter-family issues. His lecture focused on the parental skills that are essential for analyzing children’s behaviors and reactions and making suitable decisions and improving the communication with their kids.
The Watani-DSS Mind’s Pleasure is set to introduce expert speakers in the main auditorium of DCCI every Thursday and Friday until August 24. They are open to the public and address a number of compelling family, social, and national issues relating to the social and educational development of the UAE.
