It all started when rumors were rampant about a relationship between Laila Elwi and multi-divorced Faruq El Fishawi. The two were said to be getting ready to walk down the alter… However in an interview with Egypt Television the actress denied rumors. Meanwhile a little while later, Faruq El Fishawi told fellow actress and talk show host Safa’a Abul Suoud that there was in fact a relationship that ended amicably when they realized that “they were better off as friends.”
