ALBAWABA - The UN World Health Organization (WHO) warned of the low-fuel stock in Southern Gaza saying that the stock available will only last three days at most.
WHO General Director Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus took to X, formerly Twitter, to raise the alarm for the deteriorating situation in the besieged strip saying: "The closure of the border crossing continues to prevent the UN from bringing fuel. Without fuel all humanitarian operations will stop. Border closures are also impeding delivery of humanitarian aid into Gaza. Hospitals in the south of Gaza only have three days of fuel left, which means services may soon come to a halt,".
Since Israel launched its latest brutal aggression on Gaza, the IOF made it their mission to target all medical facilities across the strip claiming that Hamas fighters are taking shelter in hospitals and medical centers.
Hospitals across the strip have witnessed horrifying consequences due to the Israeli besiegement and heavy targeting, with major complexes like Al-Shifa Hospital, Kuwaiti Hospital, and Al-Nasser Medical Complex among others suffering severe damages.
The aftermath left behind by the Israeli troops revealed several mass graves with hundreds, if not more, bodies retrieved every couple of days, with the most recent one being a mass grave found in Al-Shifa with at least 49 bodies found.
Earlier on Monday, The IOF ordered the 1.5+ million Gazans to evacuate the small city of Rafah after being pushed out of their houses from the northern and middle areas of the enclave.
The Israeli army also posted maps on its social media accounts illustrating evacuation routes. Israel has been threatening to invade Rafah for months, as officials insist that it remains to be the last haven for Hamas members in the enclave.
On October 27, Israel launched a full-scale ground invasion of the strip, to allegedly "destroy Hamas" across the besieged strip, while pushing residents of the northern and middle areas of Gaza to evacuate to the south, or what the IOF claims to be "safe zones for civilians".
