Winners of the ‘adidas skill challenge’ announced

The winning outcome of the ‘adidas Skill Challenge’ has been announced.  The event was held from Thurs 17th – Sat 19th April in Dubai Festival City and challenged participants to complete three skill stations, each requiring the ability to demonstrate soccer techniques which match the characteristics of the adidas boot brands Predator, adiPURE and F50 TUNiT.  Completion of the skill sets revealed which corresponding football star the participant was most aligned to, such as Steven Gerrard (Predator), Kaka (adiPURE) or Lionel Messi (F50 TUNiT).
 
The highest scoring players from each station were chosen as the best Predator, adiPURE and F50 TUNiT player.   The winners were Fazal Yahya aged 22 (Predator), Abdel Rahman aged 19 (F50 TUNiT) and Rana Chaudhuri aged 17 (adiPURE).  The three players beat off over 900 of the UAEs football talent to win an all expenses trip to the final match of the Euro2008 Championship being held in Austria on 29th June 2008.
