An exclusive weekend, between 14-17 April 2006, has been tailored to entice top international players from the modeling, entertainment media and business world. The intended schedule of events will include performances by world-renowned Cirque du Soleil, the Gypsy Kings and celebrities from the world of fashion.

With star-studded guests and international media being flown in from Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), the four day extravaganza, dubbed the “Magical Weekend in Doha”, promises days and nights of glamour, excitement, fine dining and unparallel business networking opportunities with some of the world’s leading business, media and entertainment personalities.
Each night will be hosted at A-list locations such as the Ritz Carlton hotel, the Four Seasons hotel, the Diplomatic Club and the Sealine beach resort.
On the evening of the 14th, an exclusive fashion show featuring international models, will also be filmed by Fashion T.V and aired throughout the summer months on this popular channel. In addition, the Gypsy Kings will also entertain audiences with their distinctive music.
To add to the uniqueness of the evening of the 14th, special guest, supermodel Petra Nemcova, will be signing copies of her book “Love Always, Petra”. Also, an auction of fashion and luxury items will be held, the proceeds from which will go to Petra’s “Happy Hearts Fund” charity, which is dedicated to helping children of the 2004 Tsunami.
The other days and nights of the weekend will offer sight seeing tours of Qatar, business networking functions and gala dinners. The highlight of the nights of the 16th and the 17th will be the “Taste of Cirque Du Soleil” combined with the passionate vocals of the Gypsy Kings.
Whilst limited places are available for the 14th to the 16th, the 17th has been held back exclusively for people from Qatar and the GCC. Tickets are priced at QR. 2500 per evening event.
