Xerox Emirates, the leading enterprise for business process and document management, announced the launch of its new scholarship program called “The Xerox Master’s Academy”. This program highlights Xerox’s commitment to its partners, resellers and respective sales teams.
The “Xerox Master’s Academy”, a free scholarship program which is the first of its kind in the region, will enable Xerox channel partners, to become certified Masters in selling Xerox products and solutions. The first scheduled training has already taken place on the 10th of June 2010 in Dubai, where participants took the first step towards receiving their Xerox Masters qualification, and will continue to take part in ongoing sessions.
Xerox Emirates is continuing to expand its Channel development to add to the existing network that the company has within the UAE. Channels will focus on generating incremental equipment and consumables sales entering into new Managed Print Services contracts and possible services strategy expansion.

Once candidates have completed their scholarship, they will have gained the hard and soft skills to become masters in selling Xerox products. The Programs agenda covers several topics such as understanding business trends, selling on value in a tough economic climate and how to position the competitive trend of Xerox products and solutions.
