Yemen's Prime Minister Abdul-Qader Ba-Jammal would head his country's delegation to the Arab summit set to be held in Tunisia in May 22-23, Foreign Minister Abu-Baker al-Qerbi said in press remarks published Sunday.
Al-Qerbi was quoted by Ath-Thawra daily newspaper that President Ali Abdullah Saleh was "keen" to participate in the summit, but the new date coincides with Yemen's celebrations on the National day.
"Yemen is interested in the convention of the Arab summit in its date without any delay," al-Qerbi said, adding that the level of representation should have not taken more than its size. (Albawaba.com)
