Zurich International Life Limited (ZIL) has added the Dynamic Growth Fund (DGF) to its investment range.
The new fund has been specifically designed to appeal to cautious investors who are interested in wealth generating solutions that offer protection against stock-market volatility. Particularly appealing to those who favour low-risk propositions is the fact that the DGF has a protected price that will not fall below 80 per cent of the highest ever fund price.
The DGF maintains flexibility through the fact that clients are not locked into the fund – they go in and out of it at no extra cost or penalty. The fund is capped at 70 per cent equity and a minimum of 30 per cent equity exposure, with the rest being held in cash. The equity element of the DGF will be the S&P 500 Index.
Denominated in US dollars, the fund is intended to appeal to clients in core ZIL regions – Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Europe. The DGF will sit alongside ZIL’s Money Market and Managed Funds.
Martin Davis, Chief Executive Officer of ZIL, said:
“Adding another string to our bow in the form of the DGF, allows ZIL to demonstrate our dedication to providing advisers around the world with a full range of investment options to suit their clients’ needs as well as their own.”
“ZIL’s understanding of the importance not only of advocating funds which suit those who like to take risks, but also those who take a more cautious approach to investment, is embodied by the DGF which offers clients some of the excitement of the stock-market, with less risk. Early feedback from advisers has given us real confidence in the fact that it should be a resounding success across all of ZIL’s key regions.”
