ALBAWABA - Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (best known as RFK Jr.) is the talk of social media after slamming claims that he once barbequed and ate a dog. He has been linked to several bizarre headlines but this one definitely takes the cake.
One time, rumors spread that RFK Jr. had a warm inside his head. According to Business Insider, a Vanity Fair article claimed that the presidential candidate allegedly ate a barbequed dog. As proof, the article attached a 2010 picture of Kennedy and an environmental lawyer which showed him holding a dead body of an animal while posing next to an unidentified woman.

Moreover, Vanity Fair asked an expert about the matter in question which confirmed that the body likely belonged to an animal by the number of ribs shown in the photo. In addition, Vanity added that Kennedy told his friend before traveling to Asia that he might like a restaurant that offers dogs on its menu.
In response to the article, RFK Jr. said on a podcast under the name of "Breaking Points" that it's "a lot of garbage" and added that it wasn't a dog but rather a goat that he ate during his trip to Patagonia years ago.
He also personally took to his official X account (formerly known as Twitter) and tagged Vanity Fair in a post featuring the picture in question.
"Hey Vanity Fair, you know when your veterinary experts call a goat a dog, and your forensic experts say a photo taken in Patagonia was taken in Korea, that you’ve joined the ranks of supermarket tabloids."
Social media users took to the comment sections of the post, here's what some had to say:
"Good thing no one trusts the lying news media."
"Amazing tweet."
"They’re petrified of you. And I love it!!!! ❤️ Just keep knocking down the lies with posts like these, they’re actually bringing you more eyeballs."
