ALBAWABA - The murder case of Narin Güran, the 8-year-old Turkish girl who went missing and then was found dead, is still dominating the news after the first hearing session.
A Turkish court has announced its interim decision to continue the arrest of four defendants in the murder case of Narin Güran, who went missing for 19 days after she left a Quran course before being found killed.
Just now, a statement is about to be made by Turkish Justice Minister Yilmaz Tunc that will possibly change the course of Narin Güran's murder case.
In detail, the Turkish girl went missing on August 21 in the southeastern Diyarbakır province’s Bağlar district, and her body was found after 19 days in a nearby stream.
The trial was held from Nov. 7 to Nov. 9 and in the first two days, four defendants and 26 witnesses were heard.
Furthermore, nine new witnesses and defence arguments were heard on the last day, after a request by Güran's lawyer.

The court ruled to continue the arrest of the little girl's mother Yüksel Güran, her brother Enes Güran, her uncle Salim Güran, and another suspect Nevzat Bahtiyar, who confessed to hiding the victim's body.
Villager Bahtiyar later confessed that he carried the dead body of Narin to the stream inside a sack as per the instruction of Salim Güran.
Salim Güran, who was the village head, asked him to hide her body in exchange for 200,000 Turkish liras (about $5,873).
Meanwhile, a suspect said that Narin's mother witnessed the entire crime and was crying when she saw him carrying the body of the victim in the blanket.
Meanwhile, Turkish news website van65haber revealed that Devran Güran, son of Salim Güran, shared threatening messages targeting informant Nevzat Bahtiyar on social media.
