ALBAWABA - At least 50 people were injured in Israel with multiple in critical condition after a truck rammed into a bus stop near Glilot region, north of Tel Aviv on Sunday, Israeli emergency medical service Magen David Adom stated.
One person was killed in the attack, Israeli media revealed on Sunday.
MDA revealed in its report that paramedics treated six people who were seriously injured and seven moderately wounded individuals in the truck ramming attack on Sunday.
According to the Jerusalem Post newspaper, sources revealed that the attacker was an Israeli-Arab from Qalansawe in central Israel. It added that settlers who were at the scene shot at the driver and "thwarted him".
Identity of truck driver in Glilot ramming attack revealed
Several social media users posted online revealing the identity of the Arab-Israeli truck driver who carried out the ramming attack near Tel Aviv.
According to Quds news and Pro-Palestinian activists online, the driver is named "Rami Natour".
Many people also shared pictures of the ramming attacker, one was seen inside a truck.
