ALBAWABA - Supreme Leader of Iran Ali Khamenei recently went viral on Musk's X (formerly known as Twitter) after taking to his official account on the platform and assuring his followers that the resistance against Israel and the United States is far from over.

He wrote, "Considering what’s happened in Syria, the crimes being committed by the Zionist regime and the US, they thought the Resistance is over. They are gravely mistaken."

He wrote, "The one that will be uprooted is Israel."

According to Global Eye News on X, Khamenei also reportedly called on all Islamic countries to unite against Israel amid the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since Oct. 7, 2023, which resulted in the killing of more than 45,000 Palestinians and injuring at least 100,000, according to the UN.

He added in a different comment that despite the passing of Hezbollah's Hassan Nasrallah and Hamas' Yahya Sinwar by the Israeli military, both their spirits and ideas still live on.

Other than the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza, his response also came from the ongoing Israeli bombardment of several military bases and a site suspected of chemical weapon production, amid the downfall of the Syrian regime under the command of former president Bashar Assad who recently fled to Moscow, Russia.
