ALBAWABA - In a shocking and horrifying accident that took place in the city of Tripoli, Lebanon, a Lebanese student ended up falling from a hole in her school's bus and was later run over by the same vehicle.
According to Erem News and local media, The Lebanese individual is 13-year-old Nisreen Ezz El-Din who also resides in Bab Al Raml which is part of the population of the city of Tripoli in Lebanon.
Lebanese child dies in horrific school bus accident
Details about the incident later revealed that Nisreen took the school bus in hopes of returning home but ended up falling because of the vehicle's worn-out floor and was run over by one of the wheels.
Unfortunately, sources added that the student died from the impact but at a later stage since she was transferred to the hospital in a critical condition and later died from her wounds.
Security forces later confirmed that the bus driver was detained and charged with manslaughter and negligence. After news about Nisreen circulated on social media, users took to several platforms and expressed their sadness and condolences to the victim's family.
