ALBAWABA - Amid the ongoing Pride Parade marches across the USA, a massive brawl broke out in New York City as several people were seen hitting each other.
The incident occurred at Washington Square Park where New York police were seen trying to de-escalate the fighting by emptying the park but failed to do so. According to footage shared across X (formerly known as Twitter), people were seen fighting and pulling each other's hair.
Despite efforts from the NYPD in closing the park, people kept on gathering while also behaving in a disruptive manner including jumping on fences and throwing objects at each other.

X user Dom Lucre said, "It appears these two Black men or women (I can’t confirm gender at the moment) allegedly started the first fight."
They added, "a Massive riot broke out at the Pride Parade in New York City which has led to a colossal brawl among gays, transgenders, and everything else."
As mentioned by Dom, things allegedly got out of hand when two individuals participating in the New York City Pride Parade fought resulting in chaos and mayhem. Freedom News TV shared multiple clips across social media outlets making the incident go viral globally.

One user wrote, "What an end to pride month following" a laughing emoji.
"I thought gay means happy?"
"This makes me laugh, New York City at its finest."
