ALBAWABA - After Elon Musk shared on his own platform X (formerly Twitter) that he's jokingly joining Disney as its Chief DEI Officer, users took to social media platforms across the globe to meme about the matter through hilarious posts.
Users took to the post that Elon Musk wrote and posted a plethora of memes about the matter with many of them poking fun at the company for its recent works.
Disney has been trying to make their movies and series as diverse as possible when it comes to casting actors and creating characters which according to fans, comes as "forced wokeness" as they add these characters "just for the sake of diversity and nothing else".
The Tesla owner said:
"Excited to join @Disney as their Chief DEI Officer. Can’t wait to work with Bob Iger & Kathleen Kennedy to make their content MORE woke! Even the linguini."
On the same day, many users across social media posted the news claiming the death of Tesla CEO at the age of 52 with captions including "Rest in peace". This was all later confirmed as an April Fool's joke.

The meme above was followed by "Congrats! Here is your new avatar!" and "World's most successful African American".
Another user edited the Disney+ logo and added the 'X' logo instead of the '+' referring to Elon's social media platform that replaced Twitter's iconic blue bird.
