ALBAWABA - A fresh discovery has emerged amid arguments regarding President Joe Biden's age-related health issues and likely presidential departure. A Parkinson's disease expert visited the White House eight times in eight months.
The New York Times found official White House visitor records indicating Dr. Kevin Cannard from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center visited eight times between July 2023 and March 2024. Neurology specialist Dr. Cannard treats movement problems.
The White House medical team's sessions with Dr. Cannard may have been unconnected to President Biden's health. White House Deputy Press Secretary Andrew Bates did not describe these trips. Bates said that Walter Reed experts treat military people in the White House.
Bates said that President Biden's yearly neurology check had shown "no signs of Parkinson's disease."
The first live debate on CNN on June 27 pitted Democratic contender President Biden against Republican opponent Donald Trump. The discussion did not relieve worries about Biden's age as he seeks a second term, drawing criticism.
Some Democrats and media outlets support Biden have urged on him to drop out. Despite his declining health, Biden believed he was the greatest choice to challenge Trump and would not retire.
