Pornhub has recently deleted around 10 million videos and removed unverified users following reports of exploitation. The website justified this move as it aims to delete child pornography and other illegal content.
Users on social media platforms have expressed their anger against Pornhub’s decision saying that most of their videos were removed and their accounts were banned even though their videos do obey the website’s rules.

On the other hand, Mastercard, Visa and Discover have earlier banned their customers from using their companies' credit cards to make purchases on Pornhub ahead of allegations suggested by New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof, that the site contains child abuse and nonconsensual sexual behavior.
We don't know what happened to PornHub, but they have already deleted 15 of our videos and continue to delete 4-5 vids a day. Without any reasons. Video does not violate the rules. Blow job, classic sex. Support is not responding. It was a huge job and it is dishonest. pic.twitter.com/tnlOemzZQ7

In response, Pornhun has started to restrict unverified videos on its platform, saying: "As part of our policy to ban unverified uploaders, we have now also suspended all previously uploaded content that was not created by content partners or members of the Model Program."
Nevertheless, Laila Mickelwait, the founder of TraffickingHub who used to accuse Pornhub of ignoring the child porn videos on its site, leaving victims to suffer while it profits from the traffic, hailed this movement on Twitter.
Over 10 million videos infested with rape and trafficking are now gone. This is a good day for victims who have been begging Pornhub to remove their abuse. #Traffickinghub pic.twitter.com/c4MUbWBl5W

Pornhub also announced that it only accepts Bitcoin and cryptocurrency as the only payment option for its premium services, after Mastercard and Visa cut ties with it last week.
