ALBAWABA - Sudanese Sheikh and spiritualist Farah Wad Taktouk, who is well-known for his great futuristic predictions, has been trending on social media amid intensified war in Sudan.
Wad Taktouk, who was born in the 17th century, had earlier predicted telephones and traveling using cars and trains. However, not all his predictions were for the best, the Sudanese Sheikh said that he could see the end of Khartoum.
The spiritualist was remembered a lot lately, especially since the war between Sudanese factions; Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and Rapid Support Forces (RSF), on April 15.
His famous saying "Khartoum is being built til Soba, and disintegrating brick by brick" was trending on the tongues of people in Sudan. The phrase means according to sources that Khartoum will be built and expanded will the city of Soba, which is near the capital, and then it will be destroyed.
However, Wad Taktouk's quotes were present in the past few days, especially after the horrific scenes of the destruction of vital facilities in the Sudanese capital, such as the destruction of the Shambat Bridge linking the cities of Khartoum Bahri and Omdurman, and the oil refinery in Al-Jili, north of Khartoum, and finally the destruction of the carriageway of the Jebel Awliya Reservoir Bridge.
He also predicted that Khartoum's end would be by either burning or drowning.
