ALBAWABA - A passenger caused panic on a plane after he attempted to open the door of the plane during a flight.

According to sources, the person was drunk when he stormed the pilot's cockpit to open the plane's door while it was flying at an altitude of 30,000 feet.

A video of the freaking moment was captured by one of the flight passengers using their mobile phone and later on, the footage was posted on social media.

Easyjet flight EZY8235 was en route from Gatwick Airport in south London to Kos Island in Greece last Tuesday and was at 30,000 feet in the air when the incident occurred.

The drunk passenger announced he would take control of the flight, claiming the pilot was "lousy" after flying through turbulence.

This was happening inside the cabin while the pilot was diverting the plane to Munich, Germany, where the plane made an emergency landing.

German police stormed the plane upon arrival, took the passenger out and handcuffed him on the tarmac outside.
