ALBAWABWA - Former Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte is the talk of social media after a video circulated of him riding a bike as photojournalists followed him with their cameras.
The video in question featured Rutte the most as he drove the bike towards a plethora of people and waved like how the late Queen Elizebeth used to do it from the car.

Cycling is a prominent means of transportation in the Netherlands since it has been proven to be fast, efficient, and last but not least, best for the environment. Users took to X (formerly known as Twitter) and expressed their opinions through comment sections that featured the video, here's what they had to say:
"Wow, such a great image. Rather than a cavalcade of 4 or 5 big black titan-sized SUVs we have a guy on a bike. So lovely. So normal. Not heroic, just riding home."
"This is something I thoroughly appreciate in the Netherlands. By establishing the best biking infrastructure, the Netherlands has enabled access to personal transport to even the last rung in the economic chain. The rest of the world needs to learn from them."
