ALBAWABA - A small plane tragically crashed onto a highway near Talca, Chile, leading to the death of the pilot.
A video was shared online horrifically showing a firefighter plane hitting an electricity column in Chile, killing the pilot and injuring 4 others.
Local media reported that pilot Spaniard Fernando Solans Robles, 58, was killed in the accident while he was on a mission to combat a blaze near an aerodrome in Talca in central Chile.
Footage of the tragedy was published showing the small plane exploding into a ball of flames and coming down beside a busy motorway after hitting the power cables.
The incident took place just before 4.30 p.m. local time on Monday.
