ALBAWABA - Police in Ramallah arrested on Sunday a female beggar in the West Bank after she was pretending to be in need of money but also owned two fancy cars.
A video went viral on social media showing a female known beggar in one of the streets in Ramallah while she entered her luxurious white jeep car.
An investigation led to her identity and a force from the security services headed to her home after obtaining a search warrant from the Public Prosecution and people were shocked to know that she had two cars.
In the clip, a female beggar was caught red-handed in Beitunia Street finishing her round of begging for money and then sneaking into her fancy car.
According to the police the woman tended to achieve sympathy of people after claiming that she suffers from cancer.
The police in Ramallah are currently keeping the identity of the woman a secret to continue the probe.
