Video: Sign falls on Jordanian minister during Live TV

ALBAWABA - An interview by Jordan's Al-Mamlaka TV took the internet by storm after a sign fell on former Jordanian Energy Minister Ibrahim Saif as videos of the incident swarmed social media platforms.

The former Jordanian Energy Minister was talking about the determinants and variables of oil prices about the "Connect 2024" which was launched by the Crown Prince Foundation on Saturday, Jun. 2, 2024.

While talking about the rather serious matter, Ibrahim was struck by a sign that fell from behind him while talking which was met with laughter from the interviewer but quickly apologized after the incident happened.

The minister appeared to be slightly in pain and added, "There are natural accidents that affect the determinants." Users across social media took to several comment sections which included the video and voiced praises for the minister because despite being hit by the sign, he stood up for himself and continued to talk about oil prices.
