ALBAWABA - Several false claims have been spreading online since the start of the Al-Aqsa Flood operation by Hamas on Oct. 7, however, one allegation has caused controversy claiming that Hamas is "beheading children."

United States President Joe Biden claimed in an earlier speech that he had seen "confirmed pictures of terrorists beheading children," However, the White House then released a clarification regarding Biden's remarks.

Biden said: "I never really thought that I would see...have confirmed pictures of terrorists beheading children."

Meanwhile, after claims of "Hamas beating children" turned out to be baseless news, a White House spokesperson revealed that the U.S. president's remarks were only based on media reports and allegations from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s spokesperson, Anadolu Agency reported.

The Washington Post said on Wednesday citing the spokesperson who clarified that Biden and other US officials "have not seen or independently confirmed that Hamas beheaded Israeli children."

Furthermore, the Israeli army spoke to the Anadolu Agency saying there's no information confirming allegations that "Hamas beheaded babies."

Who was behind claim that Hamas beheaded children?
