Planet Group opens Global Travel & Tourism to cope with new IATA requirement

In order to meet the requirements of International Air Transport Association (IATA), Planet Group, one of the leading travel service providers in the UAE, has opened Global Travel & Tourism LLC, a one-stop travel shop that will provide a full range of travel services to retail and corporate clients.
George M. Moussa, Chairman, Planet Group, said: “Planet Travel & Tours has floated a separate legal entity to accommodate the new requirements of International Air Transport Association (IATA). Due to the new rule of IATA and since we are the GSA of several airlines, Planet Travel could not accommodate other airlines requests except from the airlines that we represent but with Global Travel & Tourism, all the travel requirements of our customers can now be provided with the help of our highly experienced and knowledgeable staff. The main office is also centrally located in Dubai which makes it convenient for customers to access our services. We are also planning on opening offices in several locations to better serve the needs of our customers.”
The new office located at Mazaya Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai with a branch along Dubai Airport Road can now assist customers on a wide range of travel requirements such as flight bookings with over 100 airlines, hotel reservations, holiday packages, tours, international cruises, safaris, international car hire, and travel insurance and even Hajj and Umrah packages.
Global Travel & Tours is currently offering different introductory packages to travellers who are already planning their summer vacations or preparing for short term leisure trips. For booking or more information, call one of the travel consultants on 04 3434599.
