Qurum City Centre celebrated its second birthday this month and reached the milestone of a record 3.5 million visitors during 2010, marking both achievements by sharing specially-baked cupcakes with the mall’s loyal visitors earlier this week.

A host of initiatives by Qurum City Centre in 2010 led to the year-on-year growth in visitors, such as compelling offers from retailers, and a dynamic mix of fashion, home, and lifestyle stores.

“Welcoming 3.5 million guests in 2010 is a tremendous achievement for Qurum City Centre after just more than two years of operation, and attests to our vision of listening to our customers and providing the mix and retail offerings and services that they most want,” said Hassan Jaboub, Mall Manager of Qurum City Centre.

“Year-on-year growth in our number of visitors reached 7 percent in 2010.  With our positioning as a community mall, Qurum City Centre was a preferred location for more than 12 community and corporate events  throughout the year, which contributed to the mall’s increased foot traffic.  We are especially grateful to our visitors and tenants for making 2010 such a strong second year for Qurum City Centre,” he added.
