The Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported Wednesday on the health of Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak following his recent visit to France, The newspaper claimed that Mubarak underwent medical tests in France and his health has deteriorated. Haaretz added that the Egyptian leader was suffering from cancer. However, it is not known if this type of cancer is deadly or not. It added there is a media blackout on the operationhe had earlier this year in Germany.
Al-Quds Al-Arabi newspaper said Tuesday that the 82 year old Mubarak traveled to Paris for a series of new medical tests, after he met with French President Nicolas Sarkozy.
