Remittance for AED1 for a limited time with NBAD

The National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD), the Number One Bank in the UAE, has reduced fees for international remittance through NBAD Arrow to AED1 for a limited time. 

NBAD Arrow, awarded the Best Mobile Payment Application by the industry, allows users to send money to over 233,000 MoneyGram locations in 191 countries. The special and exciting promotion runs into autumn. It allows customers pay the incredibly low amount of AED1, instead of typical AED35. Arrow service is available to NBAD and non-NBAD customers. 

“Arrow Service, the most convenient and inexpensive tool for remitting funds, has become even more affordable,” says Ahmad Al Naqbi, the Senior General Manager of Channels and Electronic Banking Services at NBAD. “Although NBAD Arrow is already the most inexpensive means of wiring money to other countries, we wanted to show our appreciation to our customers through this special promotion.” 

To benefit from this promotion, customers should register with the Arrow service. NBAD online account holders can register by visiting https://arrow.nbad.com. Non-NBAD customers can link to Arrow by obtaining prepaid card at any NBAD branch. 

Arrow, the UAE’s first mobile phone money transfer and international remittance service, was recognised in Smart Card Awards Middle East for its uniqueness and contribution to the development of the smart card industry in the Middle East and, thus, named the best Mobile Payment Application in May.
