Seagulls holds course on teamwork for employees

Seagulls company has recently held a specialized team building activities day for its employees designed to enhance the spirit of teamwork among employees of various ranks, experiences and backgrounds. This team building day was split into two sections. One was held for the headquarters employees and the other for the  Out of Home division. 

Coordinated with Better Business Company, the team building sought to entrench the concept of teamwork, encourage positive attitude among workers and train them on problem solving techniques, in addition to enhancing confidence among team members.

Seagulls' Corporate Communications Executive Ms. Samar Fayed underpinned the company's interest in constantly developing the skills of its employee and build positive ties and confidence among workers in the workplace.  She said Seagulls, through such a plan, is investing in its cadres in a way that reflects positively on their performance and that of the company as well.
