The 20th annual Dubai World Cup - AKA "the world's richest horse race" - was held in the lavish United Arab Emirate of Dubai on Saturday, March 28. As the winner trotted off with $10 million USD in prize money, fashionistas were also rewarded for their bespoke finery created just for this event.
The stylish racing fans paraded around the Meydan racecourse with their most creative hats and vibrant summer attire, reminiscent of England's prestigious Royal Ascot races.
For the fifth year running, Jaguar played host for the annual Style Stakes - the fashion focal point of the event - where an exceptional panel of judges from fashion and media selected winners across six categories: Best Dressed Lady, Best Dressed Man, Best Dressed Couple, Best Hat, Most Creative Hat, and Longines Most Elegant Lady - each walking off with fabulous prizes.
The Best Dressed Lady drove away with a brand new Jaguar F-TYPE Coupé - (hope she checked the fine print that demanded she be a UAE resident who will return the wheels after a year!).
