Eid Al Adha Cuisines in Middle East: It's All About Meat!

Eid al-Adha which is also recognized as 'Feast of the Sacrifice'. It honors the willingness of Ibrahim to sacrifice his son as an act of obedience to God’s command. However, people now are sacrificing special animals in a spectacular manner.

Every Middle East country has its own cultural cuisines during Eid Al-Adha, but they all have a common component which is 'Meat' from a sacrificial animal. On the other hand, most of these cuisines are a well known traditional dishes.
