Muslim Worshippers Gather, Celebrate Eid

Muslims around the world are gathering and celebrating the end of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr, also known as Eid Week. Eid commemorates the end of Ramadan after a long month of fasting. In Islam Eid also marks the time when the Quran, the Muslim holy book, was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad.
