Egypt’s national team beat Tunisia’s (3-2), at an Africa Cup of Nations qualifications tournament of football (Gr J) day-5 played Friday in Alexandria.
The goals were scored by Mohamed Hassan "Trezeguet" (32), Baher Mehamadi (60) and Mohamed Salah (90) for Egypt, Naim Sliti (14, 72) for Tunisia.
Both teams had already secured their qualification for the final phase.
Thanks to this victory, Egypt shares the lead of the standings with Tunisia (12 pts each) but is ahead in goals difference.
The final day is set for March 22nd.
