beIN Sports win Premier League MENA broadcast rights till 2019

beIN Sports has won the rights to broadcast the Premier League in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region for Seasons 2016/17 to 2018/19.

BeIn Sports is the current broadcast partner of The Premier League in the region. Commenting on the extension of the deal, Premier League Executive Chairman, Richard Scudamore, said: “We are extremely pleased that beIN Sports has chosen to invest in our broadcasting rights in the Middle East and North Africa region for Seasons 2016/17 to 2018/19.”

“beIN Sports currently does an excellent job broadcasting high quality coverage of the Barclays Premier League to fans across the region. We look forward to working with them for the next four years.”

Commenting on the announcement, beIN Media Group Chairman-CEO, Nasser Al-Khelaifi added: “We are very pleased to continue our partnership with the Premier League. The Premier League attracts large audiences and it continues to top our viewership ratings.
