Tunisian tennis player Malek Jaziri was eliminated in the quarter-finals of the China Beijing (hard-surface tournament, after his defeat on Friday against Georgian Nikoloz Basilashvili (31st) by two sets to zero (2-6, 2-6).
On Thursday Jaziri made a performance, and knocks out world’s 5th German Alexander Zverev at the second round of the China Open Beijing (hard-surface tournament) 2-1 (7-6, 2-6, 6-4).
Jaziri, who moved up two spots on Monday (to 61st) at the ATP world rankings had knocked out at the first round Chinese Wu Yibing (world’s 423rd) 2-1 (6-4, 6-3).
