Bernie Ecclestone has been re-appointed to the Formula One board that runs the commercial aspect of the company, joining ex-Ferrari president Luca Di Montezemolo and businessman Paul Walsh in the board.
Earlier in the year, Ecclestone was forced to resign when he was faced with bribery charges, however, continued in day-to-day control.
It has been reportedly learned that Ecclestone paid 60 million pounds to end a case in Germany in the summer without an assumption of guilt or innocence, the BBC reported.
