Esperance ST of Tunisia will play Qatar's Al-Sadd at a FIFA Club World Cup match for the fifth place next Tuesday in Doha.
The Qatari club had lost to Mexico's FC Monterrey 2-3 at the second quarter-final played on Saturday evening.
Earlier, Esperance conceded a 1-0 defeat to Saudi Al-Hilal at the first quarter-final game.
The first semi-final game will pit next Tuesday Brazil's CR Flamengo against Saudi Al Hilal, while Mexico's Monterrey will meet England's Liverpool FC at the second semi-final on Wednesday.
