Juventus are monitoring the situation of Zlatan Ibrahimovic at Paris Saint-Germain as they are looking to add a high-profile name to their attack, Goal.com can confirm.

PSG sporting director Leonardo stated earlier this week that the Ligue 1 leaders have no intention of letting go of the Swede any time soon, but the Biancoenri are seemingly ready to make a move if the club opt to cash in on the 31-year-old.

The Sweden international previously represented the Turin giants between 2004 and 2006 but left the club for Inter following the Old Lady's relegation to Serie B in the wake of the Calciopoli scandal.

Ibrahimovic has fond memories of his time at the Italian champions, though, and is open the idea of a return to Turin if the timing is right.

However, Juventus face a tough task in luring the striker back to Italy as he has a contract with PSG until the summer of 2015 and is currently one of the top earners in European football.

Juventus have long been in the race for a world-class striker and have previously been linked with players such as Edinson Cavani, Stevan Jovetic, Luis Suarez and Jackson Martinez.
