Kuwait SC were crowned with the eighth edition of the Kuwait football Super Cup on Monday after comfortably overcoming Qadsia 3-1.
Fahad Al-Ansari scored for Qadsia first at the seventh minute from a neat pass by the Ghanaian professional Rashid Sumaila.
Kuwait equalized at minute 29 thanks to Hussein Salem's long shot from outside the box.
The Brazilian midfielder Rogerio de Assis Silva Coutinho added a second goal for Kuwait from an expert pass by Khaled Ajab.
Hussein Hakem made Qadsia mission even harder when he scored the last goal at the 57th minute from a carbon-copy of Salem's shot in the first halftime.
This has been Kuwait SC's third title since start of the annual competition. The game was held at the Peace and Friendship Stadium, home ground of Kazma SC.
