Brazil v Chile: Predicted lineups

The Group Stage is over and it is time to really get down to business in this summer's World Cup as host nation Brazil kicks off the action of the next phase in the tournament just as they did the first one.

Brazil's opponent, Chile, will be no easy nation to overcome and there is well and truly a risk that Brazil could be eliminated today if both Eduardo Vargas and Alexis Sanchez show up on their game.

If Neymar has anything to say about it, then it is certain to be a contest to enjoy on the screen as both side's love to attack and get forward and cause their opposing defenses issues all match long.

There is an unlikeliness that Brazil manager Luiz Felipe Scolari will make any changes, although there are plenty that would agree he could have a bit better of a selection for the first. However, he is unlikely to make any tweaks to his first team that have gotten him past the Group Stage.

Gary Medel is the only injury worry for Chile, but he is expected to be a game time decision and to push through to make the team as this is the World Cup and nothing can be held back now.

Brazil Starting XI: Cesar: Alves, Silva, Luiz, Marcelona; Fernandinho, Gustavo; Hulk, Oscar, Neymar; Fred.

Chile Starting XI: Bravo: Jara, Medel, Silva; Isla, Aranguiz, Diaz, Mena; Vidal; Vargas, Sanchez.
