In one of the day's most anticipated matchups, Italy and Uruguay find themselves fighting for their lives in the World Cup and both sides are certain to do all they can to turn the tables on one another to advance.

A draw is good enough for Italy thanks to goal difference, but Uruguay have to win to advance and Luis Suarez is certain to have his shooting boots on for the South American Nation as they try to make it a three for three in the first two days of group stage completion for South American sides as Brazil and Colombia have already punched their tickets to the knockout stages.

Italy are expected to transition to the traditional Italian 3-5-2 after having failed to make the most of using back four's against both England and Costa Rica.

Uruguay are believed to transition slightly to a more attacking style 4-3-1-2 to keep Suarez and Edinson Cavani in the best position's to do the most damage as three points is a must.

Daniele De Rossi is a doubt for Italy and could see Marco Verratti take his place. Uruguay have Diego Lugano and Alvaro Pereira both as doubts, but the later is expected to suit up.

Italy Starting XI: Buffon: Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini; Darmian, Verratti, Pirlo, Marchisio, Sciglio; Balotelli, Immobile.

Uruguay Starting XI: Muslera: Caceres, Gimenez, Godin, Pereira; Gonzalez, Rios, Rodriguez; Lodeiro; Suarez, Cavani.
