Algerian singer recently arrived in Algeria coming from Lebanon to attend the closing ceremony of a ‘Musabaqit Al Tadamun’ which was created during the recent holy month of Ramadan and aims at collecting donations for the Cancer Children Association. The event was sponsored by the Algerian newspaper ‘Al Shurooq’ and featured participation by Amal and some of the best Algerian soccer players like Murad Mughani, Kareem Matmourah, Riyadh Bu Dabooz and others.
According to the London based Elaph, Amal had filmed a commercial for the association during Ramadan to encourage people to give donations and support the association.
Amal recently completed recording the new Franco Arab song titled “Alger..Alger”, which is originally a song from the Algerian heritage. The song is written in both Arabic and French and talks about Algerians who live outside of Algeria and their love and compassion to Algeria.
The song has begun airing on Algerian radio stations and is witnessing significant success.
