Egyptian singer Claudia has announced that she will be postponing the release of her new album as a way of showing support the family of victims of the recent terror attack on the Egyptian Coptic church Al Qidiseen in Alexandria Egypt.
According to the London based Elaph, Claudia said that her album was previously scheduled to be released around New Year’s Eve, but due to the tragic attack, she did not feel it was appropriate to launch her album. The attack had taken the lives of over twenty victims and injured over seventy.
Claudia said that the incident had saddened her very much and she resented the attacks and gave her deepest condolences to the family of all the victims. The singer added that all of Egypt mourned and condemned the attacks.
