Egyptian actress Mina Fadaly has joined the cast of the new drama “Ibn Mout” (Son of death) starring Egyptian actor Amro Saed. Mina will play the role of the main character’s sister and the drama is scheduled to be aired during the Ramadan season of 2011.
According to the London based Elaph, Mina is also preparing to film her scenes for the new television drama “Al Dahik Al Baki” (The joker and the sobber), which revolves around the life of the late artist Najeeb Al Ryhani. Mina had agreed to star in the drama last year with writer Mohammad Al Ghaiti, but due to production obstacles the project was postponed. In addition a number of the cast had turned down their nominations for roles in the drama at the last minute.
Mina had also reached an agreement with prominent Egyptian actress Elham Shahin to costar with her in the new film “Youm Lil sitat” (A day for women).
