Egyptian singer/actress Ruby has recorded six out of twelve songs for her upcoming album, which she plans to release this summer season. Ruby will produce the album herself.
According to the London based Elaph, sources close to the singer revealed there is a strong possibility that Ruby will again work with Sharif Sabri, after the two split. Ruby is considering that Sharif direct her upcoming music videos.
It is said that Ruby and Sharif, despite their separation, are always in contact and that Ruby considers Sharif to be a very talented director.
Sharif discovered Ruby and presented her to the music world in 2002. At first she was considered a seductive singer by critics that accused her of wearing skimpy outfits to attract viewers. Sharif and Ruby worked together for four years. Details of their breakup were never made public.
